Day before yesterday. in evng time I've booked a cab of mini type cab from gajula ramaram to abids and it showed a fare of 280 and later when I reached abids the fare bill of 400rs. Seriously I was shocked by seeing that bill and when I asked to that cab driver he says nothing I cant do anything sir its totally decided by ola itself.
And I've contacted customer care and seriously I tried nearly 5 minutes but there is no response from customer service and mainly it's was connecting. Seriously worst customer service and worst experience with ola.
