I booked ola cab at 11:30 AM but it reached at 12:00 whereas its app was showing 5 minutes. I missed my Rajdhani Train resulting 3 AC III Tier ticket fare in thousands of rupees approx. 10000/- loss and tour as well. So it is a menace than a facility
Avoid using app based service it is not dependable. Use Delhi Metro which is the best to reach in Time. Ola cab reached to us was UP no. cab driver do not knowledge about the local areas of our vicinity.
