There are only two reasons why I prefer uber cabs more than ola cabs. One is driver rejects our ride, this is more irritating and sensitive one, last time I booked a ride from my home to meenabakkam airport, he confirmed my booking through phone call and he started from his place to my home to pick me. So I believed that he will pick me. But after few minutes he didn't reached my home and he hadnt attend my phone call also, that was my wrist experience with pola cabs. Second reason is ola cabs are more expensive, u can compare it with uber rates also. U will come to know that ola cabs charging nearly double the amount of what uber charges.
So I suggesting you guys to prefer uber for best service with cheap rates.
