Ola, basically it is a cab service through their mobile app. Like other cab service companies, uber is popular in india. But I must admit that these guys does not even worth it.
I have gone through many bad quality rides with them. My experience with Ola is awful. Many times after I booked a cab, the cab driver does not even came and cancelled the ride by making point on traffic and other things.
There cab drivers does not even know the city. And the worst thing is many of them does not even know how to use google maps. They ask the route from passenger which is most irritating.
Even once a driver charged me 340 rs. But in reality the fare was 160 rs. Just because my cell phone gets off due to low battery.
Total disgusting behaviour by Ola cab drivers.
