I had a terrible experience recently by booking OLA mini as it says first 6kms 100 & addittional km is only Rs10. But in reality you will be shocked to get a invoice for charges at Rs 14 for additional kms & also waiting charges.
I had booked mini which should be charged at first 6km Rs 100 & additional kms at 10rs where in I was shocked that I was charged 14rs instead of 10rs for additional kms.
Hence where I was supposed to bill for Rs 230 for travelling 19 kms wherein I was charged Rs 347 [additional 117rs]. Travelling from Kalasipalya bus stand at Kempapura Hebbala at 7 am. Also how could OLA bill me for additional waiting charges where in cab driver was supposed to reach at 7 am sharp and charged for coming early at 6.45 am. Is that called waiting charge?
Also distance to be covered was only 15kms but cab driver chaeted by travelling extra 4kms via different long route.
Guys, please think before proceeding with Ola Mini. Seeing its low price is a trap.
