SUBJECT: Denial of promised refund.
Issue:
We have enrolled oda classes for our child Vihaas class 4. During enrolment process oda teacher Swetha clearly mentioned that within one month if we cancel classes, we will get full refund.
WE HAVE RECEIVED EMAIL FROM ODA THAT IF WE CANCEL WITHIN ONE MONTH WE WILL GET FULL REFUND.
SWETA IS NOT ANSWERING OUR CALLS.
