No body can expect 5 star resorts will have thieves. Me and my husband went to celebrate our anniversary at resort on 18th August 2019 at 1 PM. Room no 207 was given to us. But we were not knowing that your resort has thieves . We don't expect such things to be happened in 5 star resort
During our checkout at 10:30 AM yesterday 20th August 2019, I found my bag is opened and necklace is missing. Surprisingly, 5 star resort has camera only in one corridor and not in others. Where camera is there, bell boy was crossing in 30 second but where camera is not there, he is taking good amount of time there to reach to lobby. Then again, he is going back towards corridor, leaving luggage. Everyone, inc hotel management agreed him to be the suspect but no action was taken. Police also, I called myself, but after lot of struggle one Missing FIR was registered, not the theft. Now, I seek for full claim from hotel for my loss.
