The phone although being feature filled is buggy and has a problem of switching off even when the battery is at 50%.There are other blogs on the GSM arena which discuss the same problem. The after sales support in India is wanting in every respect.
I would like to post this warning to all those of you out there contemplating to acquire an O2 product in India. The after sales service is extremely pathetic, the India helpdesk is the most unhelpful place you could encounter.
I have had a terrible experience with O2 after having purchased an O2 Xda atom life in India, the phone developed a problem after the fourth day of use and a complaint was logged at the helpdesk, and I was assured a replacement phone, that replacement has not been delivered after 3 months of waiting, even the intervention of the CEO at O2 hasnt resolved the problem.I am considering legal measures to resolve the issue. To sum up, my experience with O2 has been exasperating!
I post this to ensure that no unsuspecting customer has to endure the same fate as I have had to.
