Hey my dear friends . I'm reviewing O General Split AC 2.5 Ton. First of all, I'm going to write a not satisfied review about O General AC. When you plan to buy this, you will be fascinated by the features of the O General AC. The feature they said to provide are: - 6 step fan speed - Quiet Operation - Mildew resistant filter But they actually don't provide these features. I have O General at my home and I'm facing lots of problem with that thing. The problems I'm facing are: - When I switch on the AC it takes a long time for the compressor to start. - After you turn on the AC with your remote, it doesn't let out cool air immediately. - For about 10 mins you can't feel any cool air. - It takes about 15-20 mins to make a room cool. Let's now see about the detail and specification. Service And Support: They actually don't provide good service and support. You can rarely see a service center for O General. They don't have many service centers. Cooling and Sound: As I have said before it doesn't cool the room in short time and it produces sound when it was put in a swing mode. Reliability and satisfaction: Speaking about reliability, it is not very reliable and I suggest you to not buy this and I'm definitely not satisfied purchasing this product. Value for Money: As it doesn't satisfy the above specifications it is definitely not value for money.
