O general has good brand value in the outside market and has good brand value
But
1.It is soo costly as it costed us 54000/- for a small room and we had to buy invertor to withstand power fluctuations with another 4000/-
2.Although free service is available for first two years -servicemen will not turn up even after multiple follow up's
3.It takes quite sometime to cool the entire room which is longer when compared with other air conditioners
4.When coming to durablitiy it is durable and no problem arises eventhough we use it for 5-6 days continously also.
5.When coming to value for money as it is too costly I dont think I got value for my money
