My sister ordered Lotus herbal face wash from this nykaa.com.The product came within 3 days.She used it for some days and faced lots of problems using that face wash.It gave a lots of rashes and pimples to her skin.I think these people must have given expired product which is reason for the condition of her skin.She used to buy this face wash from market.That time it worked very well and didnt give any problems.She is very much disappointed after this experience.We also gave a complain to the customer service and also posted complaints online.Such a worst site.They are giving some expired products to customers.
