nykaa is working closely with MouthShut.com to enhance customer satisfaction.
Nykaa is known for cosmetic products or skin care products, I ordered face products from sugar cosmetic like lipstick and foundation it showed me delivery by 3 working days but the products delivery me after 5 working days after reaching so many follow-ups with customer care it was so hectic and when product reach the delivery was really bad my foundation was completely leacked and again I need to exchange it will take another 5 to 7 days for excahnge really disappointed with nykaa service.
Delivery guy was so rude and he was not picking my call also when I tried to call him.not excepted from nykaa .
