nykaa is working closely with MouthShut.com to enhance customer satisfaction.
Once I bought some beauty products from NYKAA like lip balm and moisturizer, on the NYKAA app it was showing that they are providing heavy discounts on ongoing sales but actually not they make fool to us.
customer service or product is not so good because it is time taking and very critical to access their customer service.
Product quality is sometimes good and sometimes bad and delivery very late it shows that the product will reach in 4 days but not in 6-7 days.
The app and website are very attractive and one thing I like about Nyka.com and at last reliability is actually it depends from person to person for me I don't like Nyka in terms of reliability.
