So here is the detailed review of the service( you can call it the Worst Service) you can ever find! I can assure that any xyz unknown non branded Packer and Mover will give you better service than NoBroker . so you can imagine the level of their services.
So here is the list of all experiences that I had encountered by this pathetic NoBroker Movers and Packers.( FYI - This is all real first hand experience review)
At the time of generating the Inventory( where they will ask you the details about what all stuff you want to relocate). You can find the below option where you have to choose the Carton Size. Look at the below screenshot where it is asking you to select the size of the carton box that you want. Now as you can understand the price of the movement will vary based on the size of the carton box. Nothing surprizing right?Wait for the biggest shock now:)
Now at the time when the actual people will come to your home for packing the home goods, you will be shocked to see that you had selected Small / Medium / Large size carton boxes and you have been charged differently for different size of carton box but the delivery people have come with a small tiny boxes at your doorstep.! Now the comedy movie start from here, you will call the so called dedicated Partner manager( who is nothing but a C grade Mover and Packer whom Nobroker has given the contract, outsourcing:P) and you will say where are different size of Carton box for which I have been charged? Relationship manager will tell you - Sir I don't know about what you are talking about, we have only one standard size carton box as per NoBroker service. You will call the Nobroker team - They will say, Sir, we don't have anything called small/medium/large size boxes, we have only 1 standard size box. Now, tell me if they don't have different size of boxes then why they asked to choose the box size as per above picture, and why do they charge you different rates for different box size? So now what you will do!, your movement date is all planned, you tickets are all booked and your packer and mover is in front of you! You will find that they have come up with very small size low grade carton but now out of desperation you will say ok, add some extra boxes as you know that your stuff can not be accommodated in those tiny boxes and you need extra boxes to store your home stuff. This is where they will make the use of the situation and will charge you 1500 INR extra per box! and believe me you will end of with 2 of their standard size box for each medium size box that you had planned . Learning # 1 - Never Ever trust what they are saying while doing the booking, because none of these things actually exist!
- While booking they will promise you that they will do the best packaging to take care of each and every item( bubble packaging etc etc, triple layer packing etc etc).
You will get the shock of the life when you will see that they don't even have different yellow color Taps to highlight your valuable Glass item carton!
It is now it's all in God's hand:) if you get any of your glass items intact at the destination, you are the luckiest person on the earth!
There is nothing called Keep Upside etc, haha no one knows in their team that there are few items that you need to keep upside after packaging!
If you are booking TV, Fridge, washing machine etc, you never know it has been transport upside down throughout the movement time.
Learning # 2 - Never Ever trust what they are saying while doing the booking, because none of these things actually exist!
- While booking their customer representative will say - Sir, unlike other packers and movers we will give you the Live Tracking Id so that you can see which place your goods are like you can see Swiggy person showing on the road how far he/she is from your home.
Wow you will be impressed with the hi-tech delivery tracking:D
But only in dreams, because once the goods are out from your door step, no one know where it is:), I called their customer care to share me the Live Tracking link and I got such a out of the world reply that Sir, your goods are in a shared Truck that's why we are not able to share any live tracking link with you:D:D
OMG! I never knew that Movers and Packers give the dedicated truck also!
and the same person with confidence told me, Sir don't worry tomorrow I will call you to share the updates, I asked what updates and how you will provide because just now you said you can not track as it is in shared truck?
Representative answer( read this lol) - No Sir, I will inform you that your goods are moving!
Learning # 3 - Never Ever trust what they are saying while doing the booking, because none of these things actually exist!
- While booking they will ask you to share the details like - from which floor at Source and which floor at destination address items has to be picked and put back. Do you have service lift etc etc
Now the most funny part was at the destination, I informed that it has to be put in the first floor( which cleverly they did not mentioned in the printout) and at the time of deliver at destination, their delivery team put everything in front of the main gate. They were not even ready to put it inside the house:D
Now don't think about even calling the partner Manager / NoBroker Customer Care, you have already paid the full amount and now they don't even exist so just take care of your stuff yourself:D
Learning # 4 - Never Ever trust what they are saying while doing the booking, because none of these things actually exist!
- They will tell you and ask you to buy the Insurance and will inform you that they have best Insurance service with prompt resolution .
Biggest lie of the world, nothing exist once you have paid the amount.
No Insurance / No Customer Care / No Partner Manager!
whatever stuff you got at your destination address and in whatever condition you got it, just live with it because Now there will be no one to answer your call, even if you will try to call them to register the compliant, they will say we have shared your details with escalation department and they will arrange a call back for you, that's it . you will never ever get that call
Learning # 5 - Never Ever trust what they are saying before doing the booking, because none of these things actually exist!
- If you think you had enough shock of your life, wait biggest one is still waiting.
After all the packing is done, their delivery team will initiate the Movement transfer process in their mobile app and will ask you to make the full payment of the movement, the will give you the link to make the payment.
As usual you will make the payment.
Now wait, tick tick tick . in the App you can now see that your Goods Movement Delivery is completed!
Wow! Within 10 min( 10 min back the person initiated the process in his mobile, shared the link with you, you made the payment and now you can see in the app that Service is completed!
Wowwww! You would be amazed that your stuff is still not moved out of your home and you can see it is still there all packed, but in the app it will show it has reached the destination( 10000s of miles always) instantly and Service completed!

Unless you yourself is a Lawyer and have the ability to fight and get the money back for your broken items through consumer forum, Stay away from this Company( Say No to NoBroker) Packers and Movers.
I am sure, this article will save many of your valuable time . money and memorable house goods while moving from one city to another.
