I had subscribed to their relax plan for renting out my villa after I got a call and was assured that they find tenants in 1-2 weeks time. I paid Rs 3000 and subscribed to it. Immediately they assigned a relationship manager, who said will find out a tenant and let me know. Days passed, 3 weeks passed but no use. Then my villa got assigned to a different person, who put in some effort and kept updating me once in a while. Every time he used to update me tenant is coming, but no one used to turn up.
Hardly 1 site visit was all I got in 3 months. Fed up turned to god and tried myself, got multiple leads and then succeeded in finding a tenant, all through my efforts and god's grace.
Please do not waste your hard earned money in NoBroker, other sites give many more leads for free.
