I have perpetually dry lips and I am always on the lookout for lip balms that could do magic for them. Among all the brands that I use Nivea Lip butter, and this one is the least effective. They do not last long on the lips and moisturize the least, probably also because it does not stay long.
It seems to just stay on top of my lips and does not get aborbed at all.I do not like the packaging as well. The cap is too long and is as long as the tube itself unlike other lip balms were the cap only covers the tip of the tube.At full, price this would be overpriced. I would only recommend this product if it were free.
