Mediclaim money cut without a reason

Its been 6 months since I have submitted a claim. Still I have not received full settlement of the claim. They have deducted money without a reason dictatorially. Whenever I send a mail they send me exact same mail again again. I have given all reports to maxbupa but they are reluctant to see reports. Even if the reports say leukopenia their mails say my vitals are ok. I have attached two reports. one is dated 8-8-2018 and one is 10-8-2018. Report of 8-8-2018 clearly says that my wbc count were very less. I was discharged based on 10-8-2018 based on reports of 10-8-2018. They have deducted money of 2 days saying my vitals were ok on 8-8-2018. It is pathetic to even talk with their customer service. Its the worst service I have across in my life. I will be shifting to another better service regardless of they settle it or not. Its been6 months and I am disappointed deeply. I dont wish to waste my time anymore.
