I was admitted in hospital on 1-9 July, 2018(First hospital) and second time on 17th July to 15th August, 2018(Second hospital). both were different hospital.


Max bupa rejected my Cashless at both the hospitals. Operation was major and difficult to arrange big amount for the treatment in 2nd hospital we managed somehow depending on Max Bupa claim settlement process.


In first Hospital after submitting all the required documents they raised a query and I resolved it after which claim was settled.


In Second hospital where I got operated and claim was huge, after submitting all the required document the raised the same query which was raised in 1st claim. I submitted the same resolution to the same query but they are not agreeing to the resolution document.


I dont understand when amount is small and query was resolved in first place why are they not agreeing to the second one. How did the passed my first claim? on what basis?


Its totally Mental harassment to the client who has just survived from the life taking disease.


I am going to file case against this fraud company.
