I know its a third class/zero grade, fraud insurance company. I have been running after them for a claim which was filed on 1st Aug 18. till date I they haven't processed the claim. I met their "Grievances General Manager - Gargi Sahu" and one moron who calls him self an "Asst. Manager - Claims - SANTOSH CHETRY'
They kept on asking me to submitt papers everytime I called them after a month of submission even though EVERYTHING IN ORIGINAL was submitted. When my patience was over, I went to the headoffiice in Mathura Road, New Delhi. I met Ms. Sahu who assured that, she will send me a final email with all the pending documents and after that they wont ask for any more documents. I recevid that email in 24 hours and arranged all the bills again with a stamp paper stating the original papers were missed but actually nothing was missed. Everything was submitted. NOw after confirmation that they have received the documents, I received another email stating that they would need MORE 15DAYS to INVESTIGATE FURTHER.
PEOPLE: ONE OF MY FRIEND BOUGHT THIS POLICY FOR ME. I NEVER LIKED THIS COMPANY, SINCE THE AMOUNT WAS PAID, I HAD TO KEEP IT. MY SUGGESTION, DON'T I REPEAT DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY. THEY DONT DO ANYTHING BUT JUST WASTE YOUR TIME, WHEN ITS CLAIM REIMBURSEMENT TIME. PEOPLE ARE RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL AND NONSENSE. "I DONT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYBODY. " JUST SAVE YOUR MONEY AND BUY SOME OTHER GOOD COMPANY'S POLICY,
