Fraud at Max Bupa health insurance.
I went to one of max bupa cashless hospital Manipal hospital dwarka sector 6 and max bupa refused my cashless claim dispite the Manipal doctors gave them true justification of admission twice to Max bupa. now doctors are telling me since mine is a private insurance and not a corporate insurance so max will never pay my bills. My kid was seriously ill. I have to rush her to emergency in Manipal hospital where after injection and meds we were sent back home. but my kids condition got worse and again next day we rushed to manipal hospital in emergency and since kid was vomitting from two days with not even water in her stomach and with 102 fever they advicd us to admit her immediately. but now when I ask fr cashless claim, max bupa denied saying it was for detection of cause and not treatment. what should I wait till something happen to my kid? Was she not treated with vomit n fever control meds and gluose via IV? These guys have got panel of docs who are expect in denying private claims becoz they cant dare to deny corporate claims.
