Total fraudulent people. I am associated with Max for the past 10 years and the services are still good. But once Max Bupa had come out, the services are the worst, even beyond one's thinking. Totally in-competent staff, who are not at all interested in serving their customers, Total fraudulent company, which never informs or response to their clients.!
Beware of Health insurance. I started hating the insurance business itself.
