Recently my wife undergo surgery and she insured from maxbupa health insurance. But max bupa denied her claim on existing decease ground. The surgery undergo after doctor suggested and within 15 days we undergo for surgery. Maxbupa has denied and told us it preexisting decease for last 2 years we were waiting. So, bad maxbupa there greviance redressal third class kept me waiting for 2 months and replied that claim denied. Never go for maxbupa health insurance policy bad thieves persons working there.
