Staff Attitude:

Whenever we call the company staff for booking our appointment for routine checkup which is provided free(annually), they do not book it and always delay the appointments by making silly excuses. Their call is not received most of the time. It consumes a lot of our time and we regret our decision of taking insurance from them.
