I do still have my 6 megapixel point and shoot digital SLR D40 - and must say, it still works ( very simply) and everyone can make good shots with it .These is only in 599$ which saves money more and give a nice performance. From the size & performance, say the 35/1.8 DX, it's still very good nowadays, even almost 10 years later. ; )
