NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM NIIT
Particularly any of the CTET programs "NIIT - The CTET Advantage Program" . NIIT IS CHEATING PEOPLE.
Want to share my experience with NIIT "The CTET Advantage Program". I ordered for the materials online(Order ID: CTN1605290079450393-5C57A40102 Transaction Number: CTETREG00006066). And in more than 2 months NIIT could not assist us using these backdated technology DVD's. NIIT helpdesk numbers(1800-103-2020, 0120-4621100) never being picked up. Mail response you get once in a while that too unprofessional, half cooked and which lacks professionalism. They are not bothered at all to help customers. I now approached consumer court to get my money back. Every email response is like a favor given to me. Really surprised to see this type of irresponsible behavior from NIIT. I will not rest until I get my money back for these useless DVD/services. And I will make sure that it gets enough publicity. If needed I will spend money to get this published in national daily, so that no one else is duped like me by these types of cheaters(NIIT)!
