I ordered a phone from next.co.in about 12 days back. Even after 12 days there is no response from the company about the order.


Customer care picks the call and every time say they will dispatch. It is astonishing that how callous and lousy can a company be. They are so unresponsive.


Never buy any product from Next. It is a FRAUD company. Never keeps their promise.
