Never buy anything from Next.co.in. Horrible experience from next.co.in.


I have ordered walkable spin Mop(worth 1, 500/-). Then received a defective item that too after 10 days of order.


When I requested for the replace, they asked me to send the photos the item which was defective.I have forwarded the photos, but now they are not responding.


Contacted the customer care many times, no response. Pathetic service!
