I ordered a washing machine from next.co.in about 8 days back. Even after 8 days
there is no response from the company about the order.
No one picks up the customer care numbers, there is no response to emails.
It is astonishing that how callous and lousy can a company be.
They are so unresponsive and they don't care about the time and effort customers
spend in chasing them just to ensure that they get the product they ordered
