Hello. I have brought this product from online stores before 8 months. Everything was good and was working fine at the beginning. But from the last few weeks it has started showing many problems. The device gets very slow while reading or writing and big files. Also the device produces heat while using. I thought thats normal but I was completely wrong.
The look and design of the hard disk is normal. The design has some slight texture which make it good while seeing it. Other than this, there is nothing great in the design.
Talking about there customer service, it is the worst I would say. I have tried mailing them many many times regarding my issue, but I got no response from them. Totally disappointed with their customer service.
It is definitely not value for money product. There are many problem mainly there customer services which is very pathetic.
I would not recommend this to anyone to buy this hard disk and waste their hard earned money and time. Totally not a value for money hard disk.
