I'm fed up with horrible support issues, I placed a renewal order few days back and then nightmare begin.
First their system said Order was failed, then it was appearing as 'Successful' later.
I finally thought order was successful, but I still emailed the support asking for confirmation on same. No reply received till 2 weeks. I call them this time, to make sure whats going on.
Their stupid phone system keeps disconnecting and I'm giving up after trying 4th time. If you're a staff member of Net4India, then know it - you need some serious changes in your support department.
