PARTNERS IN LOOTING, PARTNERS IN PLUNDER. Review on Nestaway

One of my very close relative has availed assistance from NESTAWAY real estate people to select a PG accomodation. has been living in that place since 8 years now. at begining nestaway has charged a deposit equivalent to 3 month's rent agreed. my relative has been paying rent regularly without fail. which over the time has increased considerably.

Now, owner of the property has decided to get the premises maintained with some major repairs also included. Inmates of the flat are being pressurised to pay for the repairs. A NOVEL WAY TO LOOT THE PEOPLE. Normal wear and tear is a part of the tenancy. which sometimes inmates do not mind spending for smaller issues like, bulbs, fittings minor plumbing faults. this demand now for the major repairs is attroceous. failing to pay the same, my relative has been asked to vacate the place.

so indirectly NESTAWAY IS A PARTNER IN THIS LOOTING SPREE. MANY INMATES WHO HAVE RELOCATED FROM THE PLACE, HAVE BEEN DENIED REIMBURSEMENT OF THE DEPOSITS.

I HAVE ADVISED MY RELATIVE TO FILE A POLICE COMPLAINT AND A COMPLAINT WITH CONSUMER COURT.
