My parents placed an order(ID: 9141184) with Naaptol.com after viewing their commercial on TV and got the order delivered on time.
Not satisfied with the quality and capacity of the product we contacted them within 24 hrs requesting them to return the product and get a refund. We called up Naaptol's number 9223516148 but the Customer Care person was rude and refused to get this item returned/refunded.
Sent them an email notifying them that per their refund policy "Customer need to raise an alert with us within 2 working days from the date of delivery for being eligible for the return" which I did over the phone and again via email.
They bluntly refused stated *"The product delivered is the same which has been ordered by you".* I corrected them again that the product is very low on quality and not worth it's price. It is very different in quality than what was shown in their glossy advt, on TV. They've closed down my request now stating *"We will not be able to lodge a complaint as the product does not have any defects /damage."
They are giving me crap now ! I will definitely take this matter to consumer court however will NOT RECOMMEND these cheaters to my MS community here. Stay away from these cheaters. They sell cheap stuff with gloomy advt on TV and newspapers.
