I 3month ago purchased Nike shoes through my smart price and receive 318 point. Point like their royalty rewards and redeem for voucher. But yesterday when I see my points are cancelled and point cancelled when I returned or cancel product but till date I wear thats shoes i.e never returned product. But they cancelled point and I send message about invoice and screenshot my order but not respond they like doing fraud with commission.
