Today I am going to share my experience with myntra.com I purchased a sweater 1 month back and the quality of threads used in the sweater was not up to the mark and hence I decided to get it returned and here comes the main issue that I would be elaborating upon, while filing for return everything changed with the website and customer care started behaving differently however up on multiple request the return was accepted. But the story does not ends here , while I was tracking the return , I came to know that , the price tag has been removed and hence they can not process the replacement . This was highly unprofessional and I have decided to avoid myntra for ever.
Customer Service : Absolutely unprofessional and have a tendency to play blame game.
Product Quality : Poor , the sweater delivered had poor quality threads .
Delivery timeline : On time , however pick was late .
App & Website : Needs much improvisation , as many customers are having issues with what is displayed and what is delivered .
Reliability : Can not be relied upon , when it comes to replacement .
