Hi this is santanupal I m a potential customer of myntra since the begining .quality products myntra sells actually I learn fashion statement from myntra.com so much variety and new ddesign trend which is really appreciable.but there are some minus points which I feel .first no rating of product from customer or no review option in myntra.recently the burning problem is courier system if u cancel the product after shipping courier boys will enforce u to accept the product u rejected.local boys r recruited in courier they may apply unethical tricks to accept product forcefully if u still reject then they will not deliver the next product u not rejected .they simply return ur next product to warehouse without intimating u .this unexpected happenings happened to me recently I lodged complaint no of times but courier person hardly change their behaviour.any way it may b a specific issue.myntra should take care of ur potentional customers .recently I observed this courier problem of myntra.myntra should introduce product rating reviews to ensure quality.otherwise variety trend fashion nice.myntra allowing us to make ur own profile with images this is too good .anyway best of luck myntra
