I purchased 4 sweaters from Myntra. They promise the delivery in 3-4 days but the deliver the product next day itself. I didn't like the design as it was looking a bit different in actual and so I request a return. To my surprise, to collect the return next day itself without any argue. I just love the working of Myntra till now. Though, I did not get the refund till now but they promise me to give within 4-5 days. I they do so within this timeline, I will always purchase my cloths from them only.
Edit: I got the refund in two days after the return.So overall very nice experience
Though, I want to see them back on website as App is sometimes irritating to use.
