I am writing this post, and it is an #eye #opener for everyone who thinks that #Myntra is selling all #original and genuine products.
During the lockdown I ordered a #Louis Philippe Polo Neck T shirt from Myntra(order No. 114289573571519906803). Because it was Covid19 so I thought of giving the T shirt a wash before I even try or wear it, just to be sure of hygiene factor. I think this is what everyone would be doing.
As soon as I washed the T shirt the color started fading away and there are patches on the T shirt. The cloth material is so bad that is not even cotton that Myntra claimed.
I bought this T shirt for Rs. 1799/- and It’s been not even used once.
On showing the images to Myntra and talking to them regarding the case they took 9 days and then they say that the product was shipped in correct condition, and we can’t do anything with it.
Is this how a brand as big as Myntra works? and they claim Indians largest online fashion store Myntra was known for selling authentic and original products. This is a #fake and #duplicate product, If I wanted a duplicate product I would have bought it from other online stores at much cheaper price. They don’t want to do anything in context to the T shirt …. Please everyone stop trusting these brands, the customer satisfaction is nothing. They don’t care about the customer all they care is Money and nothing else.

Shame on such brand.
