Fake Company just looting people. Review on My Tectra Technology, Bangalore

Guys Don't join here as Trainers. The company is really doing fraud in the name of training. The CEO Venkat will not pay you after you complete your training. its been more than 1.5 Years and Trainers are not paid their dues. All money is taken off by so called CEO Venkat. I am associated since more than 2 years. Despite that Venkat will not lift calls. Don't even respond to my SMS, WhatsApp Messages. if you call multiple times he will switch off Phone. If you want to do Charity as trainers then please join here as Trainers. due to Non Payment Many Trainers are holding mid way all classes and leaving and ultimately effecting student's trainings. Venkat will simply keep giving excuses for non payments despite students who pay timely for the courses opted. He will definitely reply back for this review stating its corona time and all etc. but trust me even before Corona 8-10 months we trainers are not paid our due. every time He Comes up with excuses and keeps dragging payment to infinity. Ultimately due to this most of Trainers hold classes mid way very frequently ultimately effecting Students & their carriers since courses are not completed on timely manner. whoever wants to take risk join here and forget your hard earned efforts and money. Specially Venkat is least bothered for our hard efforts we put to train students and Get students placed and make institute running smoothly. No Business Ethics followed. Once money is paid by student our calls are not being answered. So please please don't join as trainers. Frequently many trainers are hired and once trainers join here and batches are completed Venkat doesn't pay to trainers ultimately trainers are left in a trap. Also Advice to Students incase you want timely trainings then don't join here. Due to Payment issues between Trainers and CEO Venkat you will suffer with delays and new trainers will have to take classes every now and then and again they leaving soon due to non payment. So your life will be miserable.
