Mytectra Cheating company. Review on My Tectra Technology, Bangalore

I was working as a Operations Manager at Mytectra for 3.5 years. Mr. Venkat is a owner of Mytectra, Iteanz, Suffixtree Technologies training company. About 4 to 5 employees work for Mytectra and Iteanz company in Bangalore and Suffixtree Technologies is a dummy company with no employees. 3 to 4 employees work as back office from Pochampally, Tamilnadu. Venkat forces employees to collect fees from students within two to three classes and later no one follows the training. Trainers are searched from Naukri Website and Venkat wont pay any trainers. For every new batch new trainers are engaged promising once 50% course is completed trainers are paid 50% fees. Once they complete 50% trainers are not paid and student phone calls are not responded. Venkat cheats both students and trainers. Employees salary are paid after 15th so that they wont leave job. Venkat wont pay the tax to government too. Mytectra company GST has been cancelled long time back. So before joining training in Mytectra think 100 times.
