I went to this bar yesterday on 15th oct 17. And upon the first look, it seemed ok ok.
The ambience was nothing out of the ordinary and the place was very crowded, because of the sunday. The tables and the bar are decent amd the lighting inside the bar is a little dark, good for drinking people.
Coming to the menu, the drinks are cheaper than most bars and it surely wont burn a hole in your pocket, that is about the only thing going for it. I ordered a beer tower, masala peanuts for a price of rs 840 in total.
The worst thing about this bar is the tax system. Apart from the 18% standard GST, they charge additional 20% VAT and 10% service charge is mandatory( which is supposed to be optional) I was shocked to see about 48% total tax on the bill, and it seemed like a total rip off.
Background music was quite ordinary.
Waiting staff at this bar is very rude and incompetent. They dont listen to you the first time and keep on delaying service. I asked them to change my seats 4 times but they never complied, leaving me very unhappy with the service.
All in all, if you are a student and can only afford cheap drinks, this is your destination, but DO NOT expect any major standards. You will be disappointed otherwise.
