I am an airtel customer from past 4 years and no doubt its one of the biggest telecom service provider in india. Recently I installed My Airtel App on my mobile in order to track details of my number on the go. Firstly I like to tell everyone that the app never get logged in or open at the first instance. I have to try entering my Mpin 3 to 4 times then its get logged in. Secondly the app crashes very frequently. Trust me guys the app crashes most of the times. I tried unisntall and reinstalling the app then too the it crashes. Next is that the special offer section on the app never show any offer for my number. It always gives an error message TRY AFTER SOME TIME. Though I have never tried recharge option on the app but I m sure that there will be some problem with the recharge option as well. Finally uninstalled the app. Airtel should really take this into consideration as he is a market leader in telecom industry and such trusted and big name.
