Murugappa Group and its Chairman MM.Murugappan humiliated and Discriminated me an Indian, Chartered Accountant .
Also Exploited me to Work in two posts namely as Chief Financial Officer and also as Chief Executive Officer . The Work Permit Issued by South Africa Department of Home Affairs specifically mentioned that I should work only as Chief Financial Officer.
MM.Murugappan, also the Chairman of Foskor Zirconia, South Africa appointed me as Chief Executive Officer of Foskor Zirconia and violated South Africa Immigration Rules .
Further MM.Murugappan Racially discriminated me and paid only 50% of salary which was paid to the previous White Chief Executive Officer .Even though I have worked in two positions, I was not even paid for one position's full remuneration.
Due to Money and Power, MM.Murugappan was arrogant and did not respond to my Request to compensate .Only people with Money can afford to fight in Lower Court, High Court and Supreme Court which I can not afford .So going to Public through Social Media to expose the other face of Murugappa Group . MM.Murugappan's written acceptance that I had undertaken multiple responsibilities and assured to compensate me is given below .A promise to perform without any intention of doing it is Fraud/Cheating as per Law.
