False promise on speed and sold. Speed issue raised and without visiting or calling they sent a mail that issue resolved. Still issue persisted.
When tried to get refund, call center guys guided wrongly to a mts store and that franchisee owner literally pushed me out. Then I called customer care and described the issue standing outside the shop, that store owner is not accepting for refund request.
Then they said, customer care will directly take the refund request themselves and gave a call log no on 4448398 29.11.14. Still no one called.
Still it is a one way communication. Meantime, while raising refund request, they said I have exceeded the refund size usage 700 mb approx i/o 200 mb.
I swear to God, I have test downloaded few android apps up to 180 mb.
Folks, you will get the device same day or next day. If speed is fine, you are the luckiest person. If any issue, then you are a suc@#$ like me.
Connection paid on 22.11.14, till now I cant check my Gmail or able see a YouTube video.
