New rating - My Phone has been down for 2 months. Can't believe that I am living in the capital of India where a Phone is down for 2 months and still no action is taken. I have written complaints to senior officials of MTNL, still no action is being taken. They are just sending my bills regularly.
Old rating - My Phone has been down for more than 10 days, still the complaint has not been taken care. These are government employees. They work just to take the salary. No customer service are offered.
