I used to live in a govt colony, in New Delhi, so other than MTNL I had no other option of choosing another broadband and over these years MTNL troubled me a lot.
The service was really, really poor.
I was on an unlimited data plan, still the internet speed, the downloading speed used to go very low.
Frequent disconnections.
Never had my ADSL stabled for straight seven days.
The lineman, used to be an old man, who used to fix wires with "Jugaad".
Lineline used to be dead most of the times.
If landline used to be dead, you cannot register a complaint on 1504
Used to register complaint 100s of times and they used to take so many days to get it sorted.
Therefore, I'd been one frustrated MTNL user and won't recommend this service to anyone.
