I got a mtnl broadband connection about 3 months ago, I booked a connection and they took a week to install new line mtnl staff is very slow in work they do not care about their customers.
And when you call customer care for the status they just speak rudely do not even care about to give the information and just hang the phone.connection was installed everything was working fine speed was also as promised after using 7-8 days of internet my connection got lost I was not able to access the internet I called customer care many time but they did not bothered to fix it.
When I called customer care customer care executive said that it was a line problem line man would check it at your home. No one came to my home, called customer care 7-8 time after 4 days an old man came to home checked the landline phone and said it is working properly not a line problem, every month same problem occurred and I decided to give up MTNL. MTNL staff does not even know how to solve problems very pathetic. I am very disappointed. Do not get a mtnl connection save your money.
