Mtnl broadband can be a real pain, specifically when your Internet stops working. Their customer service people just dont care about customers and their technical team takes really long to make your internet work again.
They have the same typical attitude of a psu company, no quality and customer suffers. That is the reason they are looking customers every day. My personal experience with mtnl was very bad and iam not using their service anymore. People go to them for low rates but they suffer a lot because of bad services.
I won't recommend MTNL broadband. You should go for some other company. You may have to pay a little more but you'd get better services.If you like the review please rate and comment on the review. Your efforts will be appreciated.
