MouthShut_Official is working closely with MouthShut.com to enhance customer satisfaction.
This is amazing - MouthShut.com has guts to get their own review on this public site.
Only one of its kind(that I know of), only logged in users giving their opinion and others reviewing their review.
This is the only site where there are more serious reviews then just frustration or proxy-branding.
Reviewers like to see more appreciation if they are giving useful information via review and the count of views and comments are their rewards.
Good concept, great result, amazing future.
