I unfortunately bought a Moto G phone last year. It has been a hell of an experience so far.
I had a problem where the phone call was not audible in normal mode, but only when I turned the speaker on, I could hear the opposite party.
I complained online, they did something to the cache, it worked for half an hour, and then it stopped working.
I took the phone to the Montieth Road Chennai service station. They said the receiver was faulty.(I frankly think they dont know what they are doing). They took the phone for 15 days and CLAIMED("claimed") that they have changed the receiver and it will work now.
It worked for a month and then stopped working again. Moto G manufacturers and the servicing station are a bunch of cheats and incompetent morons. I regret the day I bought this stupid phone.
