I ordered this phone on 15rd of april 2015, and received it on 20th April. I have been using it for nearly 1 months, no lags or crashes whatsoever despite heavy use.
The phone is good and best Moto Turbo comes with 4G support only on 1800 MHz I do not think it supports 2300Mhz which means your 4G eligibility is device & carrier dependent together. Please do your own research before buying else you ll be missing the 4G train despite getting a ticket, a very expensive ticket
